Provision of Mechanical/Electrical Engineering Services for the Federal University of Petroleum Resources to consist of the following:

Mechanical Services

• Water Supply and Drainage Systems (Plumbing)
• Fire Fighting and Protection System
• Air-conditioning and Ventilation System
• Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG) Supply System

Internal Electrical Works

• Lighting/Illumination System
• Low Power Socket receptacles system
• Emergency Lighting System
• Power supply receptacles to machines via load break switches.
• Compound/Security Lighting System
